At creativegifthand, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our business card printing services. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request refunds.
Custom Products Policy
Because all our business cards are custom-printed to your specifications, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:
- Custom-printed business cards cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect or error on our part
- It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs before production begins
- Once you approve a proof and production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for design preferences
Quality Issues and Defects
We will provide a full refund or replacement if your business cards have any of the following issues:
- Printing defects such as smudges, streaks, or color inconsistencies
- Incorrect materials or finishes from what you ordered
- Physical damage during production or shipping
- Missing cards from your order quantity
- Errors in production that differ from the approved proof
Normal Printing Variations
The following are considered normal in professional printing and are not grounds for returns:
- Minor color variations from digital proofs due to printing process differences
- Slight variations in cutting within standard tolerances
- Paper texture variations within the same stock type
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or refund due to quality issues:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photos showing the defect or issue
- The business cards must be in their original condition
- You must provide your order number and contact information
Return Process
If you believe your order has a quality issue:

- Send clear photographs showing the problem
- Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label
Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Reprint of your business cards at no additional charge
- Store credit for future orders
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Changes of mind after approving the proof and production
- Minor color variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances
- Spelling or design errors that were present in the approved proof
- Business cards that have been used, distributed, or altered
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago without prior quality complaint
Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:
- If the return is due to our error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for return shipping
Damaged During Shipping
If your business cards arrive damaged due to shipping:
- Document the damage with photographs immediately
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund
Proof Approval Responsibility
By approving a proof, you confirm that:
- All text, spelling, and contact information is correct
- The design meets your expectations and requirements
- You understand the materials and finishes selected
- You accept responsibility for the design as presented
We strongly recommend having multiple people review your proof before approval, as we cannot accept returns for issues that were present in the approved proof.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot accept returns for subjective design preferences after production, we work with you throughout the design and approval process before printing begins. Please carefully review all proofs before approving production.
